Premier Pergolas warranties material and workmanship of the vinyl products from defects including racks, peeling, blisters and discoloration for a period of 15 years from the original date of purchase and ends with owner transfer or relocation. Premier Pergolas warranties material and workmanship of the aluminum columns from defects including cracks, peeling, blisters and discoloration for a period of one year from the original date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damage due to acts of God or cosmetic damage such as scratches and/or dents caused by misuse, accident, abuse, negligence or modifications of any part of the product.
Premier Pergolas will supply, at no charge, replacement product in exchange for the defentive vinyl product for a period of one year. There will be no charge for product or labor on covered items.
